**Job Title**
Junior Procurement Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Introduce and execute the company’s procurement strategy, focusing on sustainability, cost efficiency, and compliance. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes across multiple functions, while maintaining cross‑functional collaboration and aligning with budgetary and performance objectives.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
- Foster collaboration with business units (IT, Real Estate, Production, HR) and drive procurement best practices internally.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships to support business continuity and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and implement a sustainable procurement policy (CSR, circular economy, regulatory compliance).
- Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities and manage supplier base: selection, evaluation, and onboarding.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs, and manage contract lifecycle documentation.
- Design and monitor procurement KPIs (cost, cycle time, contract coverage, quality, supplier performance).
- Lead tender processes, prepare request for quotations, and evaluate bids.
- Manage procurement budgeting: forecasting, tracking spend, variance analysis, and presenting cost‑saving recommendations.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and meet with senior management.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental initiatives and workshops on procurement standards and compliance.
- Drive innovation initiatives by scouting new suppliers, technologies, and digital solutions.
**Required Skills**
- Strong procurement strategy and supplier management expertise.
- Mastery of sourcing, bidding, negotiation, contract drafting, and compliance (including labor, tax, law, GDPR).
- Financial acumen: budgeting, spend analysis, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Leadership potential with the ability to collaborate across functions and motivate teams.
- Resilience, analytical mindset, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Knowledge of sustainability, circular economy practices, and digital procurement tools.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering with a procurement/supply‑chain focus.
- Practical experience of 1–2 years in procurement, supply chain, international trade, or project management.
- Certifications such as CIPS, ASCM, or equivalent are desirable where available.
