Job Description
Job Title: RH Missions Officer – Internship (6 months) Role Summary: Support the HR Manager in daily personnel administration for a branch of 170 employees, contribute to recruitment, payroll reconciliation, and employee representation matters, and participate in HR meetings. Expectations: 6‑month internship with hybrid / remote work arrangement; proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including new‑hire paperwork, exit interviews, and probation monitoring. - Maintain and update individual employee files; ensure accurate record‑keeping and filing. - Draft first‑level correspondence (offers, notice letters, confirmations). - Track and renew work‑permit authorisations for foreign employees. - Assist with workplace safety reporting, including work‑accident declarations and monitoring of disabled workers. - Support recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers. - Reconcile salary and staffing data for payroll with the HR Information System. - Participate in the legal entity’s Works Council (CSE) meetings and support related administrative tasks. - Attend and contribute to regular HR team meetings. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee information. - Basic understanding of French labour law and social security regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service orientation. - Active listening and problem‑solving abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac+5 in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration with a focus on HR (or equivalent). - Relevant certifications in HR or payroll administration are a plus.
