**Job Title**
PMO / Project Management Officer (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Provide PMO consulting in highly regulated sectors such as aerospace, space, defense, or nuclear. Manage project lifecycles, monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, and advise cross‑functional stakeholders on operational performance.
**Expectations**
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards. Act as the focal point for project coordination, supplier engagement, and ERP updates. Proactively identify and report risks or deviations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee project studies in aerospace, space, defense, or nuclear domains.
- Establish and maintain project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project team activities and maintain communication with technical, program, and supplier stakeholders.
- Initiate and monitor supplier consultations.
- Update and maintain SAP ERP entries relevant to project data.
- Track activity progress, identify deviations, and alert management of risks or delays.
- Participate in progress meetings and architecture discussions to align project outputs with technical requirements.
**Required Skills**
- Strong project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, safety).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and diplomatic negotiation skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic mindset with initiative for process improvement.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP and Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage supplier relationships.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s level (Bac+5) from a recognized engineering or technical institution (e.g., ISAE, IPSA, SUPMECA, Centrale, Mines).
- Industry experience in aerospace, aeronautics, space, or nuclear sectors is essential.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
