**Job Title**
Senior Vice President, Manager – Business Process Transformation
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and governance of AI‑driven lead generation and sales enablement initiatives that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency for the Relationship Management (RM) team. Own end‑to‑end technology roadmaps, process improvements, and data governance to deliver measurable outcomes across a global B2B environment.

- Influence senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align technology, processes, and business objectives.
- Maintain rigorous data quality, governance, and compliance across CRM and analytics platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and own revenue outcomes and efficiency metrics for lead generation and AI initiatives in partnership with the Global RM team.
2. Lead vision, strategy, and execution of digital lead generation, qualification, and Sales Agentic AI tools.
3. Own the technology roadmap for digital lead generation tools; liaise with Business Digitalisation and Technology teams to prioritize and deliver solutions.
4. Design, implement, and manage lead‑generation processes and controls (including RCSA) as the Process Owner.
5. Integrate AI‑powered automation, LLM workflows, and API‑based solutions into RM processes to boost productivity and customer engagement.
6. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor progress against agreed outcomes.
7. Oversee data management, governance, and reporting for decision‑making and regulatory compliance.
8. Lead Customer 360 and portfolio‑grouping initiatives for holistic client insight.
9. Manage subscription products supporting lead generation and maintain stakeholder relationships.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years commercial strategy or business‑process transformation experience in financial services or B2B.
- Proven track record of executing AI‑driven, large‑scale digital transformation projects.
- Expertise in AI strategy, governance, risk, ethics, and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of lead‑generation, sales enablement, and digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and process‑governance capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Project management, multi‑priority handling, and change‑management proficiency.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
- Experience with AI‑powered GTM tools, LLM automation, and API integrations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) with preference for an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or related process‑improvement frameworks are advantageous.
