Divisional Marketing Manager – Americas
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of the global marketing organization’s go‑to‑market strategy for the Americas. Design and deliver full‑funnel demand‑generation programs, manage events and partner initiatives, align product positioning with sales, and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth across North and South America.
**Expectations**
- Own regional budget and return‑on‑investment for marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate end‑to‑end ownership of demand‑generation campaigns, from concept to analytics.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Provide data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Event & Partner Marketing** – Plan, execute, and follow‑up on conferences, roundtables, and co‑hosted events; coordinate logistics, collateral, and lead capture.
- **Brand & Pipeline Building** – Drive regional brand awareness, partner outreach, PR, and influencer collaborations to generate qualified leads.
- **Product Positioning & Sales Enablement** – Craft compelling value narratives; create and distribute go‑to‑market assets; train sales teams on marketing programs and tools.
- **Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)** – Lead agency partnerships for large‑scale ABM campaigns, set KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and adjust tactics.
- **Full‑Funnel Campaigns** – Execute multi‑channel programs (webinars, paid media, content, local PR, email, search) from awareness to conversion, producing assets such as landing pages, creatives, and research pieces.
- **Analytics & Reporting** – Track channel performance, pipeline contribution, and budget utilization; report insights to stakeholders.
- **Cross‑Functional Coordination** – Align with global marketing specialists (digital, creative, analytics, PR) to localize and execute initiatives efficiently.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of B2B/B2C marketing experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
- Proven success in generating demand and aligning marketing with sales objectives for CFO, finance, CIO, and technology decision‑makers.
- Strong strategic thinking coupled with executional rigor; ability to manage campaign budgets and deliver ROI.
- Experience with ABM, event marketing, full‑funnel digital campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and KPI dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise, compelling marketing content.
- Leadership and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams remotely.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or advanced marketing certifications (e.g., Certified Digital Marketing Professional, HubSpot Inbound, or similar) preferred.
