Job Description
Job Title: Strategic Product Marketing Manager Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end product positioning, value proposition development and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for digital product features, ensuring alignment with player insights and commercial objectives. Expectations: Deliver measurable commercial impact by translating player data into compelling narratives, guiding product road‑maps, and executing coordinated launches across marketing channels. Operate cross‑functionally with Product, Brand, CRM, Affiliates, Data and Commercial teams; act as the player advocate in all product discussions. Key Responsibilities - Define clear value propositions and positioning for new and existing product features. - Build player personas, segmentation frameworks and insight reports to inform product & marketing decisions. - Translate complex product functionalities into concise, player‑centric value narratives. - Own the GTM strategy for feature launches and enhancements, coordinating release schedules, messaging and channel plans. - Collaborate with Brand, CRM, Affiliates and other marketing teams to maintain consistent positioning across all channels. - Monitor post‑launch player engagement and commercial performance, driving optimisation and iteration of messaging. - Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmap prioritisation based on player insight. - Facilitate cross‑functional alignment between product, marketing, data and commercial teams throughout the product lifecycle (concept → launch → optimisation). Required Skills - 3+ years of product marketing, strategic marketing, or proposition experience in digital consumer products. - Proven track record defining value propositions and leading GTM launches. - Deep understanding of player/customer behaviour, segmentation and data analysis. - Strong storytelling, communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities. - Experience negotiating product direction with cross‑functional teams. - Commercial mindset with analytical thinking. - Experience in iGaming, digital entertainment or gaming highly desirable (but not mandatory). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field. - Professional certifications in Marketing, Product Management or Data Analytics are a plus.
