**Job Title** Associate, Private Markets Clients (Private Equity) **Role Summary** Support private equity investors by sourcing industry experts and tailored content, driving client acquisition, and delivering high‑value research solutions. Act as a salesperson, business developer, and problem‑solver to enable swift, informed investment decisions. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate, on‑time work across multiple active projects. - Manage fast‑paced deadlines and adapt to irregular hours, including out‑of‑hours client support. - Exhibit independent thinking, curiosity, and a “founder mentality.” - Communicate clearly, build strong relationships with investors and experts, and influence stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - **Client Engagement & Sales** – Pitch full suite of products (content, expert calls) to private equity book of business; tailor offerings to client needs. - **Expert & Content Sourcing** – Identify, vet, and secure relevant experts and industry content for each client’s research lifecycle. - **Business Development** – Prospect new investors, build relationships, and grow revenue within assigned accounts. - **Problem Solving** – Rapidly break down client questions, recommend appropriate experts and reading material, and provide actionable insights (no investment advice). - **Process Improvement** – Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows. **Required Skills** - Strong sales and negotiation capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Research and analytical skills to evaluate industries and experts. - Multitasking, organization, and deadline‑oriented time management. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, client‑focused environment. - Proficiency with CRM, research databases, and MS Office suite. - Cultural agility to interact with global clients and experts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Coursework or experience in finance, investment analysis, or private equity preferred. - Certifications such as CFA Level I (optional but advantageous).
