**Job Title** Dynamics 365 Business Central Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for SME clients. Design, plan, execute, and close projects within scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high client satisfaction and quality delivery. **Expectations** - Deliver successful projects that meet functional, technical, and business requirements. - Maintain clear communication between stakeholders, project team, and client. - Demonstrate strong leadership, decision‑making in critical situations, and a results‑oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Organize and lead project teams: define roles, allocate resources, and manage collaboration. - Translate client needs into functional specifications and user acceptance criteria. - Plan, schedule, and monitor project tasks, milestones, and deliverables. - Manage project budget, ensuring profitability and timely cost control. - Conduct user acceptance testing, oversee solution rollout, and provide post‑deployment support. - Facilitate project steering and status meetings with clients and senior stakeholders. - Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution. - Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and project documentation. **Required Skills** - Proven experience as Project Manager in an integration or software‑as‑a‑service environment. - Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Enterprise or NAV). - Proficient with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project methodologies. - Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement. - Decision‑making capability under pressure. - High organizational discipline and meticulous attention to detail. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (BC/Finance & Operations or equivalent). - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
