Job Description: Job Title: GenAI Lead (Contract) Role Summary: Lead design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions across the organization, overseeing end‑to‑end model lifecycle and AI use‑case implementation. Expactations: • Deliver production‑ready GenAI systems within defined timelines. • Guide technical teams and stakeholders through architecture, development, and deployment phases. Key Responsibilities: • Architect GenAI environments and data pipelines. • Build, fine‑tune, and document LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama). • Engineer prompts, retrieval‑augmented generation, and RAG workflows. • Develop vector database solutions (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). • Create AI pipelines, agents, and end‑to‑end automation workflows. • Ensure ML Ops practices, monitoring, and scalability. • Mentor and lead cross‑functional teams; coordinate with product, engineering, and business units. Required Skills: • Proven hands‑on expertise with LLMs and prompt engineering. • Experience fine‑tuning models and implementing RAG. • Proficiency with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma). • Strong background in building AI pipelines, agents, and workflow automation. • Programming: Python, LangChain, transformers, and related ML Ops tools. • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud AI services) are a plus.
