Job title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and deliver infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects. Collaborate with IT, cyber, and business stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects that modernize systems and improve operational effectiveness.
Expectations:
- Demonstrable experience managing or supporting technology projects (infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital change).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; manage issues and change requests.
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through dashboards and reports.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Support post‑implementation reviews and lessons‑learned documentation.
Required Skills:
- Project lifecycle management in IT, cyber, or infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks, with experience applying hybrid approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.
