Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Role Summary: Daily hands‑on administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud. Drive automation, data integrity, and reporting to enable efficient business operations across the organization. Expectations: Deliver reliable declarative solutions that reduce manual effort and support business growth; act as the primary Salesforce point of contact; collaborate cross‑functionally to capture requirements and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain declarative solutions (flows, process builder, workflow) on Sales Cloud. - Create, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards for sales and leadership visibility. - Ensure data quality through imports, exports, deduplication, and governance. - Conduct sandbox test management, release coordination, and change deployments. - Provide end‑user support, training, documentation, and troubleshooting. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or consultants for enhancements. - Monitor platform performance and recommend proactive changes or upgrades. Required Skills: - Strong command of Salesforce core features, including Sales Cloud; knowledge of Service/Marketing Cloud beneficial. - Proficient in automation tools: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules. - Skilled in report and dashboard design, data management, and data quality controls. - Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation abilities. - Experience with release management, sandbox lifecycle, and change sets. Required Education & Certifications: - Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201). - Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administrator experience.
