Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Qlik Sense Report Developer **Role Summary:** Senior Qlik consultant to support a project team at the Toulon naval base (MinArm). The consultant will design, develop, and deploy a Qlik Sense dashboard, up‑skill the team on Qlik Sense, model source data, and produce full documentation. The engagement runs from March to June/July 2026 (4‑5 months) with at least two on‑site days per week. **Expectations:** - On‑site presence at MinArm ≥ 2 days/week; remaining work remote. - Deliver analysis of existing data, data model, integrated data sources, and a production‑ready Qlik Sense dashboard. - Follow MinArm’s Qlik Sense developer best‑practice guide and security constraints. - Enable the project team to maintain the dashboard autonomously. - Hold a valid CPR security clearance at start of assignment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a comprehensive analysis of current data sources and existing Qlik prototype. - Design and create the underlying data model and database schema. - Integrate and transform source data into Qlik Sense (ETL). - Co‑develop and refine the Qlik Sense dashboard to meet target specifications. - Conduct hands‑on training to raise the project team’s Qlik Sense competence. - Deploy the solution to MinArm’s pre‑production Qlik Sense environment. - Produce technical documentation: data‑transformation specs, user guide, and maintenance notes. - Ensure compliance with Ministry‑level deployment and data‑anonymization policies. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Qlik Sense development (certified) – strong scripting and visualization expertise. - Proven experience in relational database design, SQL, and data modeling. - Proficiency with data integration/ETL processes. - Ability to train and mentor non‑technical users. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills (French and English). - Familiarity with governmental or high‑security data environments and best‑practice documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. - Qlik Sense certification (e.g., Qlik Sense Data Architect/Developer). - Minimum 5 years of professional BI/analytics development experience. - Valid CPR (Contrôle de Police/Renseignement) security clearance at start of contract.
