Job title: Information Governance Manager Role Summary: Lead the development, implementation, and assurance of information governance (IG) programmes for a large complex organisation, ensuring that policies, processes, and risk controls uphold confidentiality, safety, and privacy of information assets. Drive continuous improvement through risk‑based approaches, coordinate cross‑functional projects, and deliver an IG service that aligns with regulatory and organisational priorities. Expactations: - Own the IG assurance function, including policy development and process management. - Identify, assess, and mitigate IG risks across the organisation. - Deliver measurable improvement programmes that demonstrate cost‑effective outcomes. - Coordinate IG projects in challenging, high‑complexity environments. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on compliance and risk issues.
