Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager Automation (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead and manage the replacement or upgrade of electromechanical installations for industrial automation clients. Oversee all project phases from feasibility through installation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while coordinating technicians, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. **Expectations** - Operate under the supervision of the Service After Sale (SAV) Director. - Deliver timely, quality‑conform projects that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. - Maintain a proactive approach to safety, quality, and schedule control. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed project plans. - Interpret electrical schematics, technical specifications, and cost estimates. - Coordinate and supervise on‑site installation teams and subcontractors. - Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and adjust schedules as needed. - Verify compliance with safety standards (EN16005, CE marking) and quality controls throughout all stages. - Prepare and manage project documentation, status reports, and reporting to senior management. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, and industrial automation technologies. - Familiarity with EN16005 and CE marking safety requirements. - Strong grasp of electrical plans, technical drawings, and bid calculations. - Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and project scheduling software. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills for client and team engagement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a BAC+2 (BTS) to BAC+5 (Master/Engineer) degree in Electrotechnics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering. - At least 2 years of experience in technical project management for industrial automation or elevator systems (preferable). ---
