Job Description: **Job title** Infrastructure & Energy Manager (F/M) **Role summary** Responsible for managing the infrastructure and energy systems of a food‑production plant. Oversees a team of five, develops and implements the site’s energy policy, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and ISO 50001. Drives cost‑saving and efficiency projects while coordinating with maintenance, production, quality, safety, and supply departments. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable reductions in electrical, gas, steam, and compressed‑air consumption. - Implement key performance indicators that support continuous improvement. - Lead energy audits and guarantee alignment with ISO 50001 and other regulations. - Foster an energy‑conscious culture through training and clear communication. **Key responsibilities** 1.
