Job Description
**Job Title:** Data Analyst – Tableau / Dataiku **Role Summary:** Design, build, and optimise operational‑risk dashboards using Tableau and Dataiku. Translate business needs into actionable visualisations, support end‑user adoption, and enhance reporting performance. **Expectations:** - Deliver reliable, high‑performance dashboards and new cross‑risk indicators. - Provide user training, workshops, and clear documentation. - Maintain alignment with evolving operational‑risk procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop Tableau dashboards in line with risk‑management procedures. - Prepare and transform data in Dataiku for analysis. - Optimize existing reports for speed, clarity, and usability. - Create cross‑product risk indicators for strategic insights. - Facilitate workshops to capture business requirements. - Train and support end users on tools & processes. - Produce PowerPoint communications for committees, meetings, and governance sessions. - Document dashboards, processes, and training materials. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Tableau expertise (dashboard design, data blending, calculated fields). - Proficient in Dataiku for ETL, data preparation, and transformation. - Minimum 6 years in data analysis with a strong reports‑oriented focus. - Knowledge of Cognos reporting tools (preferred). - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills. - Proven experience conducting workshops and user training sessions. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Tableau Desktop Specialist/Professional certification (or equivalent) preferred. - Dataiku certification or demonstrable experience acceptable.
