**Job Title**
Digital Transition Expert – Education, Training & Employment
**Role Summary**
Provide expert digital transformation guidance for educational, training, and employment initiatives across European projects. Serve on a standing expert pool for short‑term consultancy assignments, applying in‑depth knowledge to develop, assess, and accelerate digital practices in the sector.
**Expectations**
* Join a dynamic pool of experts who are mobilised on project‑specific calls.
* Contribute swiftly and independently to assignments as they arise.
* Maintain a high level of current knowledge in digital education technologies, e‑learning strategies, and workforce development tools.
* Communicate effectively in English; produce clear, actionable deliverables.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Analyse project briefs to identify digital transition opportunities in education, training, and employment contexts.
2. Design, evaluate, and recommend digital tools, platforms, and methodologies that enhance learning outcomes, workforce readiness, and service delivery.
3. Develop concise reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and project partners.
4. Provide technical and strategic consultancy to project teams on implementation, governance, and change management.
5. Monitor and assess the impact of digital interventions, preparing impact reports and lessons‑learned briefs.
**Required Skills**
* Deep expertise in digital transformation of education, training, and employment (e.g., e‑learning design, educational technology deployment, digital labour market analytics).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Project management capability (planning, scoping, milestone tracking).
* Excellent written and oral communication in English.
* Ability to work autonomously within tight timeframes and changing project scopes.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Training, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* PhD is preferred for senior-level roles.
**Professional Experience**
* Senior‑level: 15+ years overall, with 10+ years in digital transition for education, training, and employment.
* Mid‑level: 10+ years overall, with 7+ years in digital transition for education, training, and employment.
* Junior‑level: 5+ years overall, with 5+ years in digital transition for education, training, and employment.
