Job title: Senior AI Engineer (M/F)
Role Summary
Architect and lead the end‑to‑end machine‑learning lifecycle for enterprise clients, ensuring reproducible, testable, and scalable AI solutions. Bridge technical delivery with business strategy by contributing to pre‑sales, proposing best‑practice frameworks, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end‑to‑end machine‑learning workflows that are reproducible, testable, and scalable.
- Design, configure, and operationalise AI/ML platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Implement and enforce best practices for automation, testing, versioning, reproducibility, and monitoring of deployed AI solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews and guide junior consultants on coding standards and MLOps procedures.
- Support pre‑sales activities: craft technical proposals, participate in client meetings, and articulate solutions.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing (workshops, articles, community events).
- Assist in talent acquisition by reviewing candidates and participating in interviews.
Required Skills
- Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure.
- Data & AI Platforms: Snowflake, Databricks.
- Programming: Python (including pandas, NumPy, Sci‑Kit‑Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, PySpark).
- MLOps & CI/CD: MLflow, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
- IaC & Containerization: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Version Control: Git.
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, model monitoring, security, and compliance.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, GCP Professional Data Engineer, Azure Data Scientist Associate).
- Certification in AI/GenAI concepts and MLOps best practices is an advantage.
