Job Description
**Job Title:** Business Development Manager – France Region **Role Summary:** Lead and accelerate revenue growth for a fintech solutions provider within France. Develop and execute a regional strategy, forge C‑level relationships, and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable business development and sales targets across the French market. - Exhibit strong leadership in a high‑growth, technology‑driven environment. - Maintain compliance with anti‑bribery, corruption, and data protection regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement a France‑specific sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives. - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and partnerships. - Present and negotiate ROI‑driven proposals to senior executives. - Oversee the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposal, closing, and post‑sale support. - Collaborate with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure client success. - Represent the company at industry conferences and thought‑leadership events. - Proactively monitor market trends and maintain deep knowledge of the company’s credit‑management solutions. - Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and the Group’s Anti‑Bribery and Corruption Policy. **Required Skills:** - 7+ years of sales leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software. - Proven track record of exceeding business development targets. - Deep understanding of collections, credit risk, or financial risk management (preferred). - Ability to articulate ROI and business value to C‑level executives. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills. - Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel extensively within France. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). - No specific certifications required, but knowledge of finance‑regulatory standards is advantageous.
