Job Description
Job Title: Front End Developer Role Summary: Deliver responsive, accessible, and high‑performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) in collaboration with product, design, and backend teams. Expectations: - Translate product requirements and UX designs into maintainable code. - Integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs, handle asynchronous data, and implement robust error handling. - Ensure code quality through unit and integration tests, code reviews, and adherence to front‑end best practices. - Collaborate in an agile environment, adapting responsibilities as the organization evolves. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI. - Develop reusable components and maintain state using Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent. - Write and maintain automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. - Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/a11y) and perform client‑side validation. - Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives; provide clear documentation of code and features. Required Skills: - 3+ years of front‑end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong proficiency in React (or equivalent such as Angular, Vue). - Experience with responsive design frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI). - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Understanding of API integration, async data handling, and state management. - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). - Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and follow coding best practices.
