Required Skills: - Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, complex joins) on large platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). - Mastery of modern BI tools (Count.io, Looker, Lightdash, Metabase) – build automated, user‑friendly dashboards. - Proficiency with event‑based analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap) and instrumentation knowledge (Snowplow, front‑end/mobile). - Deep understanding of experimental design, A/B testing, statistical significance, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing. - Expertise in analytical frameworks: funnel, cohort, segmentation, retention/churn analysis. - Proven collaboration with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers; clear grasp of pipeline design and productionisation. - Strong communication skills: translate complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. - Certifications in SQL, data visualization (e.g., Looker, Metabase), or analytics platforms are advantageous.
