Salesforce Enterprise Systems Architect – Experience Cloud / CPQ
**Role Summary**
Design, prototype, and deliver end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions that streamline sales, service, and fulfillment processes. Act as a hybrid product manager, solution designer, and developer to turn strategic concepts into production‑ready applications across Salesforce, Mulesoft, and NetSuite.
**Expectations**
- Lead cross‑functional delivery of architectural initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Prototype and pilot innovative Salesforce features (e.g., Agentforce, Revenue Cloud) before enterprise rollout.
- Maintain and evolve reusable components, templates, and automation patterns for the Enterprise Systems team.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, data integrity, and business transformation goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and deliver scalable solutions on Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Apex/LWC.
- Prototype and iterate new tools, automations, and workflows using Flows, LWC, Apex, Agentforce, and Platform Events.
- Run pilots of new Salesforce innovations, convert successful pilots into production solutions in partnership with delivery teams.
- Identify, diagnose, and automate bottlenecks in development, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Build reusable components, templates, and technical accelerators to reduce time‑to‑delivery.
- Integrate Salesforce with Mulesoft (or equivalent) and NetSuite, ensuring efficient API‑led workflows.
- Manage data synchronization and analytics enablement across systems.
- Shape and communicate the Enterprise Systems innovation roadmap to IT and business leadership.
- Review architecture proposals from vendors or partners, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce releases, products, and emerging cloud or AI features.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years Salesforce experience; 5+ years architecture/solution design.
- Deep expertise in Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Apex, LWC, Flows.
- Proven integration experience with Mulesoft or equivalent middleware.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP processes (sales orders, invoicing, fulfillment).
- Strong prototyping, rapid iteration, and production‑readiness skills.
- Agile delivery methodology proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross‑team collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 Salesforce certifications: Application Architect (or equivalent), Platform Developer I, and at least one additional Architecture or Data role (e.g., Data Architect).
