Job Description: Job title: Fleet Operator Intern Role Summary: Hands‑on internship focused on daily operation, monitoring, and technical support of battery storage, PV, and EV assets. Acts as first‑line responder, performs data analysis, firmware updates, and assists with new site commissioning in a fast‑growing cleantech environment. Expectations: - Minimum 3‑month internship with full‑time commitment. - Proactive, self‑directed, able to switch between monitoring, troubleshooting, data analysis, and configuration tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor fleet performance and availability using internal dashboards and tools. - Respond to alerts and incidents, provide first‑line support, and acknowledge escalation protocols. - Conduct ad‑hoc data analysis on failures, incidents, and EMS performance. - Prepare edge controllers for EMS deployment and perform firmware/software updates on battery systems. - Support commissioning of new sites through EMS configuration and validation. Required Skills: - Strong proactive mindset and ability to work independently. - Familiarity with data analysis (Python, SQL, spreadsheets). - Basic Linux system administration and IT networking concepts. - Good communication and documentation skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Currently pursuing a master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field. - Knowledge of energy systems, energy management, or cleantech considered a plus. ---
