Role Summary:
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of a large‑scale Salesforce Digital Servicing Platform that supports multiple customer channels, including web, mobile, agent tools, contact center, and APIs. Use Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to deliver a best‑in‑class digital experience for employees, advisors, and customers.
Expactations:
- Define and maintain enterprise‑level Salesforce architecture across Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related components.
- Ensure solutions meet security, integration, and data governance standards.
- Architect and guide complex workflows for policy servicing, claims management, and digital engagement.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
- Mentor developers, admins, and consultants; elevate technical capability.
- Oversee full lifecycle Salesforce programs, driving quality, scalability, and adoption.
- Leverage Data Cloud for unified customer insights and Agentforce for intelligent automation.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end‑to‑end platform architecture and validate against enterprise standards.
- Lead implementation of APIs, microservices, and messaging for integrated workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine scope and technical plans.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and roadmap alignment.
- Coach and develop technical teams, fostering skill growth and knowledge sharing.
- Manage cross‑functional delivery teams and drive project execution.
- Champion innovation initiatives and continuous improvement across the platform.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ in Salesforce architecture or senior technical leadership.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration (MuleSoft, API design).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
- Analytical mindset for complex problem solving using data and logic.
- Ability to align technology decisions with business strategy and outcomes.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications (CTA, Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
