**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer – Mid Level
**Role Summary:**
Mid‑level DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work in a small, agile team. Required onsite presence twice weekly in London.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, build, and operate Azure infrastructure.
- Enhance and support existing systems and tooling.
- Collaborate across development, operations, and business teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (and optionally GitHub Actions).
- Design, provision, and manage Azure resources via IaC (Terraform, ARM).
- Implement and manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Configure and integrate collaboration tools (Jira, Monday.com, Teams, Power Automate, Slack) with Azure DevOps and Azure SSO/RBAC.
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK).
- Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Add new features and provide ongoing support for existing systems.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (services, resource management).
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Git‑based workflow expertise (PRs, merges, Jira status integration).
- IaC tools: Terraform, Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
- Monitoring/alerting: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK stack.
- Collaboration platforms: Jira, Monday.com, Teams, Slack, Power Automate.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
- Nice to have: C#/.NET development experience.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-204, or AZ-400) preferred but not mandatory.
