**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst **Role Summary:** Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Financial Services, leading end‑to‑end project lifecycles, translating regulatory requirements into actionable business and technical solutions, and driving business improvements across cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5–7 years in senior/lead business analyst roles within regulated financial services. - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast‑paced environments. - Strong stakeholder influence and mentoring capabilities. - Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, and gap analysis for regulatory and business initiatives. - Translate FCA/PRA regulatory frameworks into functional and technical specifications. - Model and document business processes (e.g., BPMN) and produce insightful BI reports. - Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and IT to ensure integrated solutions. - Manage project risk, conduct impact assessments, and support delivery best practices. - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of BA practice standards. - Deliver training on process‑modelling and documentation tools. **Required Skills:** - In‑depth knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment (FCA, PRA). - Advanced data analysis and reporting (BI, dashboards). - Proficiency with business process modelling (BPMN) and requirement management tools. - Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills. - Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA, Agile Scrum Master, PRINCE2).
