Job Description
Job title: Machine Learning Scientist Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models that enable intelligent gameplay features for geo‑location based mobile games. Work closely with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to build model pipelines and evaluate impact through experimentation. Expections: Create production‑ready ML systems; collaborate cross‑functionally; communicate technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders; maintain code quality; stay current on ML research relevant to mobile gaming. Key Responsibilities: - Build models for content placement, player clustering, and geo‑contextual personalization using real‑world geospatial, temporal, and behavioral data. - Optimize data pipelines with data engineering teams for ML use cases. - Execute end‑to‑end experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags, model evaluation) to measure product impact. - Design and maintain ML infrastructure, tools, and workflows for model lifecycle management. - Participate in regular in‑office hybrid schedule (2 days per week). Required Skills: - Mastery of Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit‑learn. - Proficient in supervised learning, clustering, or deep learning techniques. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; product‑oriented mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication with cross‑functional teams. - Experience in high‑velocity, hybrid work environments. Required Education & Certifications: - M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field. - 2+ years in developing ML systems for production.
