**Job Title** Integrity Data Technician **Role Summary** Responsible for the accurate collection, storage, and upload of inspection and corrosion mitigation data for pressure vessels, tanks, and pipelines. Supports Integrity Management System (IMS) and database integrity across Western Canadian operations, collaborating with field teams, contractors, and analysts. **Expectations** - Deliver precise, timely data for pressure equipment inspections. - Ensure compliance with IMS data handling procedures. - Maintain strong communication with contractors and internal stakeholders. - Demonstrate safety leadership and adherence to safety protocols. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather inspection reports for pressure vessels, tanks, and PSVs and file them per IMS standards. - Upload and update data in Maxitrak and other relevant databases. - Coordinate pipeline corrosion mitigation data collection with field ops and integrity teams. - Liaise with inspection contractors, vendors, and engineering contractors to track deliverables. - Collaborate with the Integrity Database Analyst (Calgary) to resolve data discrepancies. - Manage filing systems and oversee the Asset Integrity mailbox. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and communication abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software. - Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environments. - Field experience in upstream oil & gas is an asset. - Demonstrated safety leadership and ability to supervise. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications in data management or safety (e.g., OSHA, HAZWOPER) are a plus.
