Job Description
**Job Title** HR Assistant – Home Care (HAD) **Role Summary** Support the HR function in a home‑care setting, partnering with clinical, administrative and management teams to drive end‑to‑end human‑resource processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, health compliance, payroll coordination and training. **Expectations** * Full‑time, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. * Deliver accurate, compliant HR activities aligned with organizational policies. * Act independently while collaborating across departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate recruitment activities: draft job ads, conduct interviews, extend offers, handle background checks. * Manage new‑hire administration: compile files, issue employment contracts, submit DPAE, ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Lead onboarding: provide tools, welcome materials, schedule induction programmes, track integration progress. * Administer sickness absence: record medical certificates, arrange medical visits, monitor employee status until clearance. * Support occupational health and safety: analyse accident causes, update DUERP, coordinate QVCT initiatives. * Capture payroll variables and liaise with payroll manager to prepare payroll accurately. * Administer and update the training plan, coordinate training sessions and track completion. **Required Skills** * Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency with HRIS, planning, and payroll software. * Ability to work autonomously, proactively and collaboratively. * Basic knowledge of labour law and health‑and‑safety regulations. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * HR certification (e.g., HRBP, SHRM‑CP) is desirable but not mandatory.
