Job Description

**Job Title:** Cloud Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure using IaC, automation, and configuration management to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient cloud operations. **Expectations:** * Deliver low‑to‑moderate complexity cloud solutions independently. * Collaborate across teams, adhere to defined guardrails, and support operational readiness. * Manage tasks within a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Use IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM) to deploy and improve Azure resources. * Write and review configuration code for secure, reliable services. * Build automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure Functions, REST APIs) and DevOps pipelines. * Configure networking, monitoring (Azure Monitor), and patch management. * Apply PKI concepts and manage certificates in hosted environments. * Deploy and troubleshoot Keyfactor hosted products at baseline/moderate complexity. **Required Skills:** * Hands‑on Microsoft Azure native services and tooling. * Infrastructure as Code and configuration management experience. * PowerShell scripting (medium‑high complexity). * Windows administration: Roles & Features, Active Directory. * Networking, monitoring, and patch management in Azure. * PKI fundamentals. * Strong problem‑solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** * High School Diploma or equivalent experience. * Relevant cloud or IT certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, AZ‑900, AZ‑104, or equivalent) preferred.
