Job Description
Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Cloud Role Summary: Spearhead automation, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous delivery for UCaaS services in a high‑velocity, cloud‑centric environment, ensuring 24/7 platform reliability, security, and scalability. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end implementation and support of cloud and on‑prem solutions. - Maintain operational excellence and incident readiness. - Deliver secure, compliant, and observable architectures. - Communicate progress and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools. - Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines for multi‑cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Monitor platform health with Prometheus, Grafana, and alerting systems; optimize for uptime. - Create utilities and dashboards that support platform teams. - Perform threat modelling, risk assessments, and enforce security best practices. - Collaborate with engineering squads to understand requirements and build scalable, secure solutions. - Continuously improve processes through test automation, performance tuning, and feedback loops. - Update and manage Jira tickets, providing transparent status updates to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Proficiency in IaC and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible). - Scripting proficiency in Python; ability to write basic automation scripts. - Knowledge of networking concepts, Linux, and common protocols. - Familiarity with monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, PromQL) and alerting. - Understanding of SDLC and integration of solutions into CI pipelines. - Experience with data engineering, OpenStack, VMware, or other virtualization platforms is a plus. - Self‑management of Jira tickets and stakeholder communication. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Professional certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, GCP Professional DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate).

Job title: Service Delivery Manager Role Summary: Lead the end‑to‑end managed services for a key enterprise customer, ensuring contractual service levels are met and exceeded. Serve as the primary point of contact on‑site, fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders and driving continuous improvement of service delivery processes. Expectations: * Resident service lead for a high‑profile account, present on client premises at least three days a week. * Proactive, relationship‑driven, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continual improvement. * Demonstrate financial stewardship, contract management, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and improve service delivery against SLAs, identifying and resolving issues swiftly. * Act as escalation hub for customer problems, coordinating with service desk and cross‑functional teams. * Produce and maintain high‑quality documentation, reporting and presentations for customer and internal stakeholders. * Collaborate with internal IT, network, and operational teams to address defects and implement service improvements. * Track all activities in CRM/ITSM systems and support opportunities for cost control and revenue growth. * Promote organizational values and deliver superior customer service at all interactions.
