**Job title**
Vice President, Member Growth Marketing
**Role Summary**
Lead the design and execution of end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing programs that increase activation, reduce churn, and maximize monthly active users across all customer segments. Build and manage a high‑performing growth marketing team, partner with behavioral science, product, content, engineering and commercial stakeholders, and cultivate a culture of rapid experimentation and data‑driven optimization.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable improvements in user activation, retention, and engagement.
- Own reporting and analytics infrastructure, providing insights to executive leadership.
- Scale and automate personalization efforts across email, push, in‑app, and new engagement channels.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and refine lifecycle marketing strategies that drive activation, retention, and MAU growth.
2. Recruit, coach, and lead a large member growth marketing team, prioritizing high‑impact initiatives.
3. Collaborate with Member Behavior, product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate behavioral insights into actionable campaigns.
4. Design, run, and optimize A/B and multivariate experiments across all touchpoints; iterate based on data.
5. Build dashboards and metrics to track campaign performance, churn, retention, and user engagement.
6. Create playbooks and enablement materials for Customer Solutions to demonstrate campaign ROI.
7. Ensure marketing technology stack and data pipelines support timely, personalized outreach, working with product/engineering on data quality and activation workflows.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership in growth or lifecycle marketing, preferably in SaaS, digital health, or consumer tech.
- Expertise in multi‑channel campaigns (email, push, in‑app) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to extract insights from large datasets and inform strategy.
- Experience with user segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent cross‑functional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with behavioral science or product analytics teams an asset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Professional certification in marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) preferred.
