Job Description
**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Manager **Role Summary** Lead the end‑to‑end marketing operations for strategic client accounts, crafting and executing growth‑oriented marketing strategies. Own performance monitoring, KPI reporting, and partner ecosystem management while providing coaching to junior team members. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable client growth through data‑driven optimisation. - Maintain high stakeholder satisfaction and partner engagement. - Operate within agreed budgets and forecast schedules. - Mentor and support the marketing team to meet operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, implement, and refine marketing strategies that align with client objectives. - Oversee day‑to‑day management and optimisation of key accounts. - Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and present actionable insights. - Build and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and external stakeholders. - Plan budgets, forecasts, and promotional activities to achieve targets. - Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. - Identify opportunities for service expansion and added client value. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing leadership. - Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, partner management, and performance‑based models. - Advanced analytical abilities with proficiency in interpreting campaign data and KPIs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement. - Ability to coach and mentor team members while maintaining delivery standards. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
