Job Description
**Job Title** Sales Engineer – Western France (M/F) **Role Summary** Drive business development and client relationship management for a high‑value stainless steel equipment supplier in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors. Operate remotely within 18 departments of western France, reporting to the France Commercial Director. **Expectations** - Deliver sales growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. - Maintain a high‑quality client portfolio and meet quarterly targets. - Communicate clearly in French and basic English (B1 level). **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect, qualify and close new customer opportunities across 18 departments. - Promote the company’s technical products and services to B2B clients. - Analyze industrial processes and customer needs to prescribe optimal solutions. - Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals. - Conduct post‑sale follow‑up, ensure customer satisfaction, and address complaints. - Update CRM system and activity dashboards regularly. - Collaborate with engineering and support teams to tailor solutions. - Contribute to pipeline forecasting and revenue reporting. **Required Skills** - Commercial acumen with proven sales experience in industrial process or technical engineering. - Deep understanding of process engineering, mechanical or fluid mechanics. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently from home. - CRM proficiency and data‑driven reporting. - English proficiency (B1 or equivalent). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum bachelor’s level (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Fluid Mechanics. - 5+ years, in a similar sales or technical‑commercial role. - Project‑management experience in industrial processes is an added advantage.
