**Job Title**
Information Systems Manager (H/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead and oversee the performance, security, and evolution of the organization’s information systems across all sites. Develop and execute IT strategy, manage ERP and database environments, ensure network and infrastructure reliability, and drive IT projects from specification to deployment.
**Expectations**
- Define and implement the IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Manage a multi‑site budget and ensure compliance with security and quality standards (ISO, IATF).
- Maintain operational excellence in ERP, MES, EDI, network, servers, and telecoms.
- Lead technical projects, mentor staff, and deliver user training.
- Operate in an international environment with professional English (B2) proficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and roll out the IT strategy, conduct technology scouting, and control budgets.
- Administer and evolve the ERP system; configure modules, troubleshoot, and ensure optimal performance.
- Manage MES databases and orchestrate EDI data flows.
- Guarantee the continuity and security of networking, server, telephony, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Own end‑to‑end IT projects: drafting specifications, coordinating execution, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Supervise a Network Administrator, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
- Deliver user training, provide technical support, and monitor KPIs related to system usage and incident resolution.
- Participate in quality procedures (ISO, IATF) in coordination with QHSE functions.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience with ERP configuration and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Progress and SQL programming.
- Expertise in EDI integration and MES database management.
- Network administration, server management, and telecoms experience.
- Project management, requirement analysis, and change management.
- Leadership, mentoring, and training capabilities.
- Fluency in English (professional B2 level).
- Analytical mindset, proactive problem‑solving, and excellent communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Higher‑education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Professional English certification at B2 or equivalent (e.g., Linguaskill).
