**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, enhancement, and operation of a robust CI/CD & automation platform (Ansible‑based) for large‑scale enterprise clients. Develop and maintain playbooks, secure pipelines, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant DevSecOps solutions across hybrid environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, VMs).
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 8 years of proven DevOps engineering experience.
- Strong product‑management capability for CI/CD and automation solutions.
- Ability to work in agile, collaborative environments; prioritize, arbitrate, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, service orientation, rigor, and technical curiosity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Advance the Ansible‑driven CI/CD platform to meet evolving client requirements.
- Write, review, and promote Ansible playbooks adhering to best practices.
- Engage with clients: qualify needs, co‑create solutions, coordinate implementation with internal teams, and host workshops, demos, and post‑implementation reviews.
- Enforce security, compliance, and traceability across pipelines using Vault, CyberArk, OPA, and related tooling.
- Audit and govern secrets, identities, provenance, and audit trails; identify technical risks and propose remediation plans.
- Contribute to product definition and evolution of Infra‑as‑Code, GitOps, and Policy‑as‑Code practices.
- Collaborate with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver on time.
- Continuously document standards, conduct knowledge transfer, and support troubleshooting.
**Required Skills:**
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, SonarQube, Artifactory.
- Automation expertise: Ansible, AWX/AP, Terraform.
- Container orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Security tools: Vault, CyberArk, OPA.
- Strong scripting (YAML, Bash, Python).
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps, GitOps, Infra‑as‑Code, and Policy‑as‑Code.
- Agile project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering (Bac +5) or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications desirable: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Red Hat Certified Ansible Automation Engineer, AWS/Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent.
