Job title: Senior Salesforce Engineer (H/F/N)
Role Summary:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products. Own the full lifecycle of solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability while aligning with business processes for sales and customer support.
Expectations:
• Minimum 5 years of proven, production‑ready Salesforce development experience.
• Strong software engineering mindset with a focus on clean code, TDD, and continuous delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2/C1 or fluent).
• Passion for innovation, collaboration, and agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and challenge business requirements; validate feasibility and design solutions.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and execute prioritized tasks.
- Collaborate with Product teams to estimate and build technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure application performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, pair/mob programming, and adhere to best practices (Clean Code, Software Craftsmanship).
- Document technical specifications, release notes, and conduct unit/integration tests.
- Continuously improve development processes and share knowledge through tech talks, demos, and frameworks like TDD and agile retrospectives.
- Manage releases, including coordination, testing, and post‑deployment monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience).
- Proficient in APEX, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and related tools.
- Experience with GitLab, CI/CD workflows, and version control best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.
- Familiarity with CRM sales and customer‑support processes.
- Experience with TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities in English.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent (degree not mandatory).
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform Architect, or similar) – required.
- Mulesoft certification is a strong advantage.
