**Job Title**
Front End Developer, Marketing
**Role Summary**
Develop, ship, and optimize the public-facing marketing website, using React, Next.js (App Router), and Tailwind CSS. Own reusable UI components, content workflows, SEO, conversion rate optimization, and performance improvements to drive business metrics for marketing campaigns.
**Expectations**
- Deliver new marketing features and page variations that measurably improve conversion and SEO.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to align on business goals and hypotheses.
- Own end‑to‑end quality from code review through preview deployments to production.
- Balance speed, reliability, and maintainability while scaling the site to support future growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain scalable UI components and pages in React/Next.js.
- Create reusable blocks and templates that enable quick campaign launches.
- Implement and configure Contentful: content modeling, page types, and component integration.
- Add SEO elements (meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, redirects, canonical URLs).
- Develop conversion‑focused features (forms, CTAs, personalization) and experiment setups (A/B tests).
- Integrate analytics, tagging, and performance tracking (GA/GA4, GTM).
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and overall site performance with Next.js & Vercel.
- Run QA, unit/visual testing, code reviews, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on component libraries, design system usage, and site infrastructure.
**Required Skills**
- 3–5+ years of professional front‑end development; 2+ years on a public‑facing marketing or growth site.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js (App Router), and Tailwind CSS.
- Hands‑on experience with headless CMS (Contentful preferred), including content modeling and editor collaboration.
- Proven implementation of SEO best practices for marketing pages.
- Experience with analytics and tagging (GTM, GA/GA4) and setting up A/B tests or experiments.
- Ability to measure and report on impact (conversion, SEO, performance).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- User‑centric, results‑driven mindset with a focus on trade‑offs and hypothesis testing.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No mandatory certifications; relevant technical certifications (e.g., React, JavaScript) may be advantageous.
