Country IT Lead
**Role Summary**
The Country IT Lead formulates and executes the local IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the Group’s global direction. Responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day IT operations, managing budgets, guiding a cross‑functional team, and driving technology adoption to deliver secure, high‑quality services for the country’s stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategic Planning** – Develop and implement the local IT strategy, define sourcing policies, and propose system evolutions aligned with the CIO’s vision.
2. **Operations Management** – Oversee infrastructure, applications, and IT services; establish and monitor SLAs; enforce quality and security procedures.
3. **Governance & Compliance** – Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, manage cybersecurity posture, and maintain audit readiness.
4. **Financial Oversight** – Prepare and control the IT budget, optimize spend, and report financial performance.
5. **Project & Portfolio Alignment** – Guarantee consistency of initiatives across IT domains, track progress, and address cross‑domain dependencies.
6. **Technology Innovation** – Identify and integrate emerging technologies (cloud, AI, big data) that fit Group standards.
7. **Team Leadership** – Recruit, allocate workloads, monitor performance, and implement training plans; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
8. **Stakeholder & Supplier Management** – Communicate with business units and project owners; negotiate contracts and manage relationships with technology suppliers and partners.
**Required Skills**
- Proven leadership and change‑management capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, application lifecycle, and complex enterprise projects.
- Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and multicultural collaboration skills.
- Multilingual proficiency (English + local language, e.g., Dutch or French).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate strategic plans.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s (Bac +5) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of senior IT management experience, preferably within an ESN or technology enterprise.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud‑platform credentials) are highly desirable.
