Expectations: • Minimum 7 years as an Enterprise IT Architect in the insurance sector. • Proven experience with ArchiMate, UML, and Sparx EA. • Strong knowledge of TOGAF principles. • Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch. • Willingness to work onsite at least 2 days per week. Key Responsibilities: - Map current IT landscape (AS‑IS) and develop future state (TO‑BE) architecture trajectories. - Provide strategic direction to solution architects, ensuring alignment with enterprise road‑map. - Advise management on technology capabilities, trends, and strategic needs. - Establish and enforce architectural governance at the program level.
