Job Description
Job Title: IT Support Technician (F/M) Role Summary: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end‑users in a corporate environment, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and maintaining workstation and peripheral inventory. Expectations: Deliver prompt, customer‑focused assistance via onsite, phone, or remote channels; manage user accounts and permissions; document procedures; continuously improve support processes; work Monday‑Friday during standard business hours. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to support tickets and user requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems. - Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and applications. - Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and associated devices. - Conduct inventory management and track equipment status. - Create, modify, and delete user accounts and assign appropriate access rights. - Draft and update technical documentation and user guides. - Participate in service improvement initiatives and share best practices.
