Job Description
Job title: Sales Executive/Consultant – Fintech Role Summary: Drive outbound and inbound sales of fintech lending and payment products to small and medium‑size businesses. Qualify leads, recommend solutions, and guide prospects through the application and funding process, achieving aggressive sales targets in a fast‑paced environment. Expectations: - 12‑month contract with transition to permanent. - High call volume and quick sales cycle. - Deliver consistent sales performance and contribute to team growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full sales cycle for SMB customers (prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing). - Assess business needs and recommend appropriate lending and payment solutions. - Build and maintain relationships with business owners and founders. - Guide prospects through application and funding procedures. - Collaborate with underwriting, account management, and partnership teams. - Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets. Required Skills: - Proven experience selling fintech, lending, merchant services, or payments to SMBs. - Strong inside sales background with marketplace or seller‑facing roles. - Ability to handle fast sales cycles and high call volumes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport‑building skills. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and passionate about SMB growth. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Sales or financial product certifications (e.g., CFP, CMA, or fintech sales training) are advantageous.
