**Job Title** Change Manager – SAP/ERP Transformation **Role Summary** Steer the adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud within a large‑scale transformation program. Design and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders across business and IT, and ensure that new and re‑engineered processes are fully documented, communicated, and embraced by end‑users. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable adoption of new SAP capabilities in line with strategic objectives. - Provide clear guidance to leadership on change impact and residue of resistance. - Maintain open, transparent communication and training plans that support business continuity. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Design, plan, and deliver comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans. 2. Partner with business leaders, project teams, and IT to assess change impact and develop mitigation actions. 3. Document and communicate new or updated processes; ensure they are embedded into day‑to‑day operations. 4. Coordinate cross‑functional support during system cut‑over and transition to the new SAP environment. 5. Manage end‑user training initiatives in collaboration with HR and project teams. 6. Identify and resolve adoption barriers, drive engagement, and address resistance. 7. Track, evaluate, and report on change management metrics and effectiveness to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven SAP/ERP change‑management experience in large‑scale transformations. - Strong familiarity with change‑management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). - Experience with public‑cloud SaaS implementations in manufacturing or similar sectors. - Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder‑management, and influencing skills. - Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results under pressure. - Highly organized, adaptable, proactive with persuasive presentation abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) and project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.

Job title: Application Integration Architect Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise integration solutions that connect applications, databases, and platforms. Lead the analysis of business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and guide deployment, testing, and optimization of integrated systems. Expactations: - Deliver robust, scalable integration architecture that supports business efficiency. - Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, from design through post-production support. - Communicate effectively with IT leaders, developers, QA, vendors, and business stakeholders. - Stay abreast of industry best practices, new integration technologies, and security standards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze requirements and develop integration designs and technical specifications. - Ensure reliable data flow across applications, databases, and platforms. - Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors for system integration. - Support deployment and integration of new technologies and coordinate testing activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues throughout all environments. - Document integration processes, data flows, and system requirements. - Provide technical guidance during and after implementation. - Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Required Skills: - ≥5 years experience in system integration, technical analysis, or development. - Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration patterns. - Technical proficiency in Java, SQL, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, data modeling, and UML. - Experience with agile methodologies, test‑driven development, and UML modeling. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Self‑motivated, organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
