**Job Title**
Regional Sales Manager – Atlantic
**Role Summary**
Provide strategic leadership to a regional sales team in Canada’s Atlantic region, managing a full P&L to achieve revenue, sales, and profit targets. Drive growth through merchandising, category and shelf‑management, promotion, and partnership development with liquor boards, on‑premise, and independent accounts. Lead, coach, and assess a team of five Sales Representatives and coordinate cross‑functional execution at provincial and national levels.

- Deliver a clear, data‑driven strategic plan to senior management.
- Build and sustain relationships with key buying influencers.
- Maintain high standards of compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute merchandising, promotion, category, and shelf‑management plans for all retail key accounts and on‑premise venues.
- Create and maintain a Key Account Management (KAM) template covering all accounts; ensure financial and strategic parameters are communicated to senior customer management.
- Prepare and present annual plan, product listing, and regional promotional outlines to liquor boards and major chain accounts.
- Own and manage provincial trade calendars, budgets, and new listing applications.
- Apply account‑management standards (business plans, field execution, category strategy, shelf strategy, promotions, marketing) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Facilitate multi‑functional communication among customers, provincial offices, and the national office to align on strategy and execution.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of five Sales Representatives; enforce policies, address performance issues, and support professional development.
- Travel ≥25% of the time for market visits, customer meetings, and trade events.
**Required Skills**
- Proven sales strategy development & execution; demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- Leadership and team‑management experience (minimum 5 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong analytical skills using Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and data‑analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.
