Job Description

**Job title** SAP SD / Sales Application Manager (F/M) **Role Summary** Lead the functional and project aspects of the Sales domain within a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. Ensure alignment between SAP SD and SAP Sales Cloud V2, drive Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) optimization, provide level‑3 support, and manage change for end‑users across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. **Expectations** • Proven experience with SAP SD in an S/4HANA environment, covering order, billing, and credit processes. • Demonstrated project management and change‑management experience in an international SAP rollout. • Proficiency in English (professional level) and strong communication skills. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Serve as the functional lead and project manager for SAP SD and SAP Sales Cloud V2. 2. Analyse business requirements, design scalable solutions, and oversee their implementation. 3. Maintain functional consistency between SAP S/4HANA and Sales Cloud, particularly Lead‑to‑Order flows. 4. Provide 3rd‑level technical and functional support for incidents in the Sales domain. 5. Author and update functional documentation, procedures, and user guides. 6. Facilitate change management initiatives, training, and user adoption. 7. Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, ADV, Customer Service, and IT teams to align processes. 8. Travel to project sites in France and abroad as needed. **Required Skills** - SAP SD expertise (Order‑to‑Cash, billing, credit, pricing). - Knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud V2 (formerly C4C) and Lead‑to‑Order integration. - Familiarity with middleware (e.g., SAP CPI), e‑commerce, BI, and pricing solutions. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and hybrid cloud/on‑premise architectures. - Project management and change‑management capabilities. - Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills. - Ability to work autonomously and deliver results under tight timelines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. - SAP certification in SD or Sales Cloud is advantageous but not mandatory.
