**Job Title**
Lead Full Stack Developer – JavaScript (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead highly technical Front‑End/Back‑End JavaScript engineer for an international equipment‑leasing client. Act as the central technical reference for a digital experience team, driving architecture, code quality, and team performance while overseeing development of customer portals, order tracking, and punch‑out interfaces on a serverless stack.
**Expectations**
- Deliver mission‑critical digital features on schedule.
- Own and scale a mixed‑mode legacy/cloud architecture.
- Mentor and grow a distributed team of developers (internal & external).
- Ensure code aligns with Clean Architecture and performance standards.
- Foster DevOps best practices and continuous delivery pipelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Provide daily technical guidance: coaching, pair programming, code reviews, and capacity building.
2. Define architectural and technology direction for front‑end (React, TypeScript) and back‑end (Node.js, Serverless, API platforms).
3. Lead implementation of CI/CD, automated testing, linting, and deployment workflows.
4. Coordinate with product, design, and infrastructure stakeholders to maintain architectural coherence.
5. Enforce coding standards, performance benchmarks, and scalability metrics.
6. Engage with business analysts and product owners to translate user stories into robust technical solutions.
7. Manage knowledge transfer and documentation for reusable components and system design.
8. Oversee monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Kibana, Datadog, and Sentry.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions).
- Deep experience with Clean Architecture, micro‑services, and hybrid legacy/cloud deployments.
- Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code (AWS/GCP).
- Strong DevOps culture: automated testing, monitoring, and observability practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to interface with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record mentoring developers and steering high‑visibility projects.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in AWS, GCP, or equivalent advanced cloud technologies preferred but not mandatory.
