Job Title: Head of Growth Analytics
Role Summary: Lead the organization’s marketing measurement and analytics strategy, integrating advanced attribution, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights to drive customer acquisition, lifetime value, and ROI across all channels.
Expcattions: Deliver high-impact, data‑driven decisions for senior leadership; own the full analytics life cycle, from data pipeline governance to executive reporting; modernize insight delivery with Generative AI and automated workflows while ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the marketing intelligence roadmap and lead a cross‑functional analytics team (analysts, engineers, data scientists).
- Design, implement, and optimize multi‑touch attribution, probabilistic attribution, and marketing mix modeling to quantify cross‑channel ROI and incrementality.
- Develop and refine predictive models for LTV, churn, and customer journey optimization using AI/ML techniques.
- Deploy AI/Generative AI solutions for anomaly detection, spend optimization, dynamic cohort clustering, and automated campaign insights.
- Oversee end‑to‑end data pipelines using AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, Google BigQuery, and AWS.
- Enforce data governance, quality, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, ATT, and related frameworks.
- Build and maintain executive‑level dashboards in Tableau, including GenAI‑driven report summaries.
- Translate advanced analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, product, finance, and growth teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven operational leadership in marketing analytics and data science.
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling (deterministic, probabilistic, MTA), marketing mix modeling, and AI/ML applications in marketing.
- Hands‑on experience with AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, Google BigQuery, AWS, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong background in data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex analytics for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in high‑growth consumer tech sectors (mobile apps, gaming, fintech, subscription) preferred.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
- Professional certifications in analytics, data science, or marketing measurement (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Science Professional).
