**Job Title:**
Product Growth Hacker: TradFi – Stocks/Equities
**Role Summary:**
Lead the product‑centric growth strategy for a mobile‑first equities trading platform. Drive go‑to‑market, positioning, lifecycle marketing, and cross‑channel campaigns to acquire and retain retail investors while aligning product development with market signals and user behavior.
**Expectations:**
- Own end‑to‑end GTM for new features (fractional shares, commission‑free trading, securities lending, etc.).
- Deliver measurable growth in user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Design, Compliance, and Regional teams to ensure seamless launches and compliant messaging.
- Iterate tactics based on rapid data analysis, maintaining high‑quality assets and conversion rates.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Strategy & Positioning
- Own roadmap for equities within the ecosystem.
- Define and refine user personas (crypto‑first, fintech, retail traders).
- Craft differentiated messaging around accessibility, fees, UX, and cross‑asset trading.
2. Launch Execution
- Lead GTM for new features and integrated campaigns (email, in‑app, paid media, influencer, content).
- Produce high‑conversion landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign creatives.
3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis to inform positioning and roadmap.
- Monitor competitors and fintech trends, feeding insights to product and growth teams.
4. Growth & Retention
- Design lifecycle and retention campaigns to boost trading activity and repeat engagement.
- Create compliant reward systems tied to market events and trading patterns.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs across funnel, retention, and campaign impact.
- Use GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel to analyze performance and iterate quickly.
- Report insights to product, data, and leadership teams.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years product marketing experience, ideally in equities or related financial products.
- Proven success launching and scaling B2C platforms with sustainable growth.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities; simplify complex concepts into persuasive messaging.
- Collaborative mindset; experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, regulated environments.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics, user research, and campaign measurement.
- Familiarity with regulated financial services; crypto or community‑led growth experience is a bonus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- No mandatory certifications; data‑analytics or marketing analytics credentials preferred.
