Job Title: Influencer Marketing Lead (Sports Predictions)
Role Summary: Own and scale the influencer channel for a regulated sports predictions product. Drive end‑to‑end planning, sourcing, and activation of talent across major social platforms, podcasts, and live‑streaming ecosystems, ensuring compliance with US regulatory requirements.
Expectations: Deliver measurable lift in awareness and acquisition, manage a diversified portfolio of top‑tier and niche talent, and provide clear, data‑driven insights on channel performance to senior leadership. Operate autonomously in a fast‑moving, high‑volatility environment while maintaining compliance rigor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute full‑funnel influencer strategy aligned with product roadmap.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts (CPA, Rev‑Share, flat fee, gifting) for macro celebrities, niche analysts, and live‑stream creators across X, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, podcasts, and alternative channels.
• Partner with Growth Hacking and paid media teams to integrate influencers into campaigns, whitelisting, and paid amplification.
• Lead compliance vetting, live‑stream guardrails, and regulatory problem‑solving with Legal and Compliance teams.
• Maintain influencer compliance workflows, documentation, and feedback loops.
• Report performance using Tableau, Impact.com, and other analytics tools, communicating ROI to leadership.
• Represent the product at industry events and conferences to secure new partnerships.
• Balance direct talent outreach with agency partnerships to scale volume efficiently.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years in influencer management within US sports betting, financial services, or regulated gaming.
• Proven experience launching influencer programs from scratch in highly regulated markets.
• Deep knowledge of US influencer landscape and talent types across social, podcast, and live‑stream platforms.
• Advanced negotiation and relationship management with talent, agencies, and managers.
• Proficiency with influencer attribution tools (Impact.com, Creator, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using Tableau, Impact.com, and other reporting platforms.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, handle ambiguity, and adapt to rapid product and budget changes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing, Influencer Relations, or compliance (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Certified Marketing Executive).
