Job Description: **Job Title:** ServiceNow Solution Architect **Role Summary** Lead strategic ServiceNow architecture initiatives, evaluating complex IT challenges, defining technical specifications, and designing scalable solutions. Serve as a technical authority for ITOM, CMDB, and Asset Management implementations while mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to architectural best practices. Focus on governance, rapid prototyping, and platform optimization. **Expectations** 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with a transition to architecture/leadership roles. Proven ability to analyze enterprise-wide IT integration, develop architectural trade-offs, and validate concepts through hands-on prototyping. Requires deep technical expertise in ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Asset Management. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and evaluate ServiceNow solutions (ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management) for enterprise-wide IT problems. - Design and present multiple architectural frameworks with technical trade-offs (e.g., out-of-the-box vs. customization). - Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility and guide implementation. - Mentor and upskill junior developers, fostering technical excellence through training and best practices. - Maintain platform scalability, security, and architectural standards to minimize technical debt. **Required Skills** - 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture or lead advisory specialization. - Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping), CMDB, and Asset Management. - Ability to perform rapid prototyping and translate strategic goals into technical blueprints. - Strong mentorship and communication skills to lead technical teams and stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. - Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. - Preferred (not required): CIS certifications in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM/SAM, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
