Job Description: **Job Title** Sales Advisor **Role Summary** Support the sales team at a new‑build housing development by managing the sales office, processing all customer inquiries and sales transactions, and driving sales targets through effective negotiation and customer service. **Expectations** * Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribution to overall development sales goals. * Deliver a high‑quality customer experience, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up. * Adhere to all company sales processes, documentation standards and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Operate the site sales office, handling reception, data entry, and customer records. 2. Guide prospective buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final agreement. 3. Perform sales negotiations, present property features, and close deals. 4. Maintain accurate sales documentation, update CRM systems, and generate reports for management. 5. Coordinate with construction, finance and legal teams to facilitate smooth transaction flows. 6. Continuously improve sales procedures and customer service practices. **Required Skills** * Proven sales negotiation skills, specifically in new‑build or residential property markets. * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. * Adequate IT competency: CRM usage, Microsoft Office, data entry. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. * Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service excellence. **Required Education & Certifications** * Valid UK driving licence. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in new‑build housing sales. * Knowledge of new‑home purchasing processes and market conditions.
