Job Description
**Job Title** Data Quality Analyst **Role Summary** Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data for a global enterprise (65 countries). Work within the People Data team to guide local data teams through collection, extraction, and integration processes, validate data against defined standards, and maintain data governance records. Serve as the primary liaison for data mapping into Workday and support remediation activities. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality HR data that meets organizational standards and regulatory requirements (GDPR). - Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones. - Demonstrate ownership of data stewardship, continuous improvement, and proactive issue resolution. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Data Collection & Mapping** – Assist local teams in gathering and transferring data, ensure correct template usage, and map source fields to Workday target fields. 2. **Data Validation & Quality Checks** – Define and enforce file formats and structures, verify integrity, compliance, and completeness before hand‑off to technical staff. 3. **Data Cleaning & Remediation** – Work with local Data Owners to identify anomalies and implement corrections. 4. **Governance & Documentation** – Record metadata, business rules, and data lineage in Collibra; collaborate with technical teams to uphold GDPR and security standards. 5. **Monitoring & Reporting** – Design dashboards, alerts, and remediation tools to track data quality metrics. **Required Skills** - SQL, relational & NoSQL databases. - Cloud services: AWS S3, Databricks, Data Lake. - Data catalog tools: Collibra (or equivalent). - Dashboard creation: Tableau or similar. - Automation of data checks. - Python or Spark for analysis and remediation. - B2 or higher English proficiency. - Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented mindset. - Change‑management and remote stakeholder coordination. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Proven experience in Data Stewardship / Data Quality in a complex, multi‑country environment (preferred). - Knowledge of ERP/SIRH migrations, particularly Workday. - Certifications in data quality, data governance, or related disciplines are a plus.
