Job Description: Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Lead architect and builder of scalable, customer‑centric web applications on a modern technology stack. Drive end‑to‑end development from backend services to frontend experiences, ensuring high quality, maintainability, and performance. Expectations: * Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering peers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. * Deliver performant, unit‑tested code rapidly while upholding architectural excellence. * Demonstrate strong ownership, initiative, and a reputation for timely, reliable results. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and maintain backend APIs in TypeScript. * Build responsive, high‑speed UI components using Svelte (or equivalent component model). * Optimize frontend bundle size, rendering performance, and maintainability. * Write comprehensive unit tests for backend logic; ensure code coverage and quality gates. * Contribute to architecture decisions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. * Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge on best practices for full‑stack development.
