**Job Title**
Tech Lead – Complementary Retirement and Social Action (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of a new complementary retirement data platform and a social‑action application. Manage a cross‑functional development team, define technology choices, and ensure smooth integration with AGIRC‑ARRCO systems. Drive continuous improvement, mentor junior developers, and sustain high‑quality production environments.
**Expectations**
- Deliver robust Java‑based solutions using modern frameworks and infrastructure (Kubernetes, API Management).
- Maintain existing Malakoff‑Humanis applications and support AGIRC‑ARRCO integration.
- Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and DevOps practices.
- Empower the team through coaching, code reviews, and skill‑development initiatives.
- Collaborate across technical and business units to meet client and regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and supervise the development of the new data platform for complementary retirement.
- Lead the creation of a social‑action application in partnership with another IRC.
- Select appropriate frameworks and tools, guiding the team on best practices.
- Mentor developers, facilitating technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in MCO activities: monitoring, incident response, and application support.
- Coordinate integration and deployment pipelines for AGIRC‑ARRCO applications.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality gates, and compliance norms.
**Required Skills**
- Strong expertise in Java, Kubernetes, API Management, and SQL (MariaDB).
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Solid knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Leadership skills: team management, agile project delivery, stakeholder communication.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, production support, and quality assurance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: client orientation, argumentation, rigor, and pedagogy.
- Familiarity with development standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certifications relevant to Java, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Agile (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional Java SE, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Scrum Master) preferred.
