Job Description
Job title: Third Party Risk Management Analyst Role Summary: Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of vendor risk assessment and monitoring. Works cross‑functionally with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and business units to ensure third‑party risks are identified, documented, and mitigated in line with company policy. Expectations: - Complete end‑to‑end vendor risk assessments within defined timelines. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date risk registers for all vendors. - Communicate findings and remediation status to stakeholders and senior management. - Continuously improve tools, processes, and automation for vendor oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and validate vendor engagement requests; ensure complete due diligence information is gathered. - Draft, distribute, and follow up on vendor questionnaires. - Coordinate cross‑functional reviews and incorporate feedback into assessment reports. - Perform risk assessments of prospective and existing vendors per policy. - Track and close findings, maintaining issue logs and status reports. - Conduct periodic monitoring of vendors using existing systems and tools. - Leverage AI and data analytics to support risk evaluation. - Produce vendor risk reports for management and committees as needed. Required Skills: - 4+ years of vendor/third‑party risk or supplier management experience in finance, banking, consulting or fintech. - Skilled in conducting detailed vendor risk assessments and due diligence. - Proficient with vendor risk management systems/tools. - Experience applying AI or automation to risk analysis. - Strong organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate complex risk concepts for non‑technical audiences.
