Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by selling advanced manufacturing SaaS solutions to global clients. Execute end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing, to achieve quarterly sales targets and double‑digit commission. Expactations: - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. - Generate new business in international markets. - Earn commission on all closed deals. - Maintain a pipeline with a minimum target of 75% occupancy. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new accounts using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events. - Qualify leads and build relationships with C‑level decision makers. - Partner with technical team to deliver product demos that articulate ROI. - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contracts. - Negotiate pricing and terms to secure sign‑ups. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product and support to ensure successful onboarding. - Track activities, forecast pipeline, and report results via CRM. Required Skills: - Proven ability to negotiate and close complex B2B SaaS deals. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self‑motivated with a growth mindset and resilience. - Comfortable using sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). - Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑moving team. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 1 year post‑university professional sales experience in technology or manufacturing sector.
