**Job Title:**
Growth Analyst
**Role Summary:**
A data‑driven professional responsible for expanding revenue from the existing customer base through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives. Works collaboratively with Product, Marketing, and BI teams to design, experiment, and scale product‑led growth strategies, combining automation with high‑touch customer engagement.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver measurable revenue growth via increased bundle and product adoption.
- Develop and maintain a repeatable cross‑sell/upsell framework with clear metrics and iterative improvement.
- Translate customer and product data into actionable hypotheses, experiments, and commercial outcomes.
- Align cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate results to leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact cross‑sell, upsell, and adoption opportunities across the entire customer portfolio.
- Conduct customer and product analytics, perform segmentation, and run in‑depth research to uncover monetization levers.
- Design, launch, and run structured A/B and multivariate experiments; own testing cycles, analyze results, and report learnings.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI to create targeted initiatives, combining product‑led automation with manual outreach for high‑value accounts.
- Build and enforce a repeatable execution framework, ensuring consistent measurement, iteration, and operational discipline.
- Engage directly with select high‑value customers, presenting relevant solutions and gathering insights to inform future strategies.
- Track and report on revenue expansion metrics (NRR, GRR), adoption rates, and campaign ROI, presenting findings to stakeholders.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years of experience in growth, customer success, engagement, or consulting, with a proven record in monetization, cross‑sell, or expansion.
- Strong analytical mindset: ability to dissect data, formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency with analytics and automation tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, Tableau, Looker, n8n, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with AI and automation platforms (ChatGPT, GPT‑based assistants).
- Excellent influence and stakeholder management across product, marketing, and finance.
- Customer‑centric, commercial focus, with a track record of driving measurable revenue results.
- Self‑starter with high adaptability, proactive execution, and collaborative communication.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications in data analytics, growth marketing, or CRM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot) are a plus.
