Job Description

**Job Title**: Analytics Engineer - FinTech **Role Summary**: Design and maintain scalable data models to support reporting, analytics, and business insights for a fintech platform focused on AI-driven accounting solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable datasets. **Expactations**: - Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering or similar roles. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build and maintain high-quality data models for reporting and analytics using dbt. - Transform and structure new data sources to align with data strategy and modeling standards. - Partner with stakeholders to translate data requirements into scalable solutions. - Write clean, reusable SQL to optimize analytics workflows. - Improve data architecture for reporting, dashboards, and decision-making. **Required Skills**: - Advanced SQL proficiency. - Experience with dbt (data modeling). - Hands-on cloud data warehouse experience (e.g., Snowflake). - Proficiency in Git and Git-based workflows. - Knowledge of macros or automation tools to enhance code reuse. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or related discipline. - Certifications in data engineering, analytics, or dbt are advantageous but not mandatory.
